The History of SOHO goes back to 2013 when the need of an office space led to an idea…

Our Story

Since day one, SOHO has attracted open-minded, ambitious entrepreneurs and visionaries who are keen to work alongside one another, share ideas, collaborate, and build business and social relationships.

It happened that two Danish expats, Michael Pedersen and Kris Petersen, were both looking for an office space in Malta’s prime location.

Facing a challenge to land just enough space for their needs, they decided to commit to a larger office capacity with a hope to rent out free space to other like-minded individuals.

In true entrepreneurial spirit, Michael and Kris noted that the demand for smaller offices and coworking space in Malta’s prime locations were tremendous!

It was a perfect time to take an opportunity and start building a coworking community. And, that’s how the story began…

SOHO provides a ready-to-move-in solution for established companies, start-ups, and those who are expanding or relocating their business to Malta.

Our main products include private, serviced office spaces, open plan coworking areas, a variety of virtual office plans, event space, and meeting rooms for conference calls or client visits.
We offer flexible stress-free solutions instead of limited, long term leases. It allows our members easily upgrade and downgrade and move fluidly between our business centres as they expand their ventures.
