Private Office and Dedicated Desk memberships are available on a 1-month, 3-month, 6-month, or 12-month rental length.
Hot Desks are available by the day, week, 1-month, 3-month, 6-month, or 12-month rental length.
Interested parties are able to rent an office space in Malta on a term longer than one-year should they be interested. Such queries are handled on a case-by-case basis.
SOHO offers offices for rent for small-to-medium sized companies at any stage of their development. Private offices range in size, seating 1 to up to 40 persons.
SOHO serviced offices come furnished with desk and chair sets with fresh white walls. We promote our community to customise their office and coworking space to represent their company’s brand, vision, team, or whatever they want! Each office is designed to create a flexible environment and showcase the personalities behind the space. Some of our members have optimised their workspace to welcome their clients into a comfortable lounge. Others created a ‘start-up’-like environment, packing in as many team members as possible, and capitalising on the creative flow of the coworking space.
When you rent an office space in Malta, you are issued a keycard which grants you 24/7 access to our office buildings. If you choose a coworking space or a business presence membership, you have access during operating reception hours (from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday)
YES! Members can upgrade their workspace at any time during the contract period. We are here to adapt to your professional needs and make your business journey as successful and stress-free as possible.

Members can pre-order their lunch plans with their Office Administrator in their SOHO location or in the Members Lounge with the SOHO Catering team.

Sweat your stress away after a long day with SOHO’s sauna conveniences! Our sauna is available for use daily from 6am – 12am. Make sure to turn on the sauna 60 minutes in advance to get the best results. Follow our full guide to using the sauna to begin use. Happy sweating!
